Stephen O'Sullivan - Director
Stephen is a qualified actuary with almost 25 years experience working with and advising insurance companies in the UK and beyond. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of actuaries (FIA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics.
He has considerable experience leading teams and has worked on a variety of projects ranging from large scale Finance Transformation Programmes, Solvency 2, Internal Model developments, Liquidity modelling and IFRS.
Stephen is a focused and solution oriented actuary. His key strengths lie in his ability to communicate complex ideas and results to audiences at all levels, his adaptability and his ability to deliver results in high pressure environments - all with a smile!
Outside of the Actuarial world, he likes to spend his time travelling, exploring in the mountains and sea kayaking the Scottish coastline.
